To refinance your auto loan with Upstart, your car must be no more than 10 years old and have no more than 120,000 miles. It may not be registered as commercial or be used for commercial purposes. It must also be registered in Florida. 

You must not have any second liens or open insurance claims. Upstart does not refinance loans on vehicles that are stolen or have salvage titles. 

If you have a co-owner, the co-owner must consent to your application.
