Why weren't you able to retrieve my credit report?

The initial soft credit inquiry we do when you initially apply is based on your name, address, social security number and date of birth. If there are any mistakes in these factors, we may not be able to or accurately retrieve your credit information. Make sure that there are no spelling mistakes or other errors for these entries. We will also not be able to retrieve a credit report if you have ever placed a fraud alert or freeze/suppression on your credit report.
